Tucked safely into substantial and peaceful gardens on Monks Hill, this luxurious self-catering villa offers four double bedrooms, a large private pool, and some of the most beautiful views over Falmouth Harbour that Antigua has to offer. The whole property is designed around comfort, privacy, and a genuine sense of being at home — a wonderfully relaxed base for families or groups seeking space and serenity.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps eight across four double bedrooms, all air-conditioned. Three bedrooms occupy the lower level, each with direct views out over the lower gallery toward Falmouth Bay and French windows opening onto the pool terrace. Two of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms with charming open-air (walled) outdoor showers. A fourth bedroom sits on the upper level, benefiting from the cool easterly breeze and direct access to the outside gallery — a particularly ideal arrangement for guests with mobility requirements (wheelchair ramps can also be provided). The lower floor has three bathrooms in total, two of which are en-suite.

Living spaces and kitchen

The sitting room is generously furnished with sofas, armchairs, a desk and printer, and a large television with access to Netflix, Disney and Amazon via guest accounts. A beautiful gallery runs through the heart of the villa, connecting the main living areas and providing a superb dining and relaxation space that is wonderful at any time of day or evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and opens directly onto the gallery and dining area. Appliances include a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, water cooler and two sinks. Downstairs there is also a washing machine, and a housekeeper visits twice a week — or more frequently if required — to handle laundry.

Pool and outdoor areas

A large freshwater swimming pool sits at the base of the lower level, with ample seating and shade around it, along with a poolside bathroom, shower and refrigerator. The pool is reached directly from the lower-level bedrooms through the gated gallery, making an early-morning dip effortlessly easy. The surrounding gardens are lovely and well maintained, with ample secure parking on site.
