Yacht Entry & Clearance
All visiting yachts must clear customs and immigration on arrival. The process is straightforward at any of Antigua's official ports of entry.
Fly the Yellow Q Flag
On arrival, fly the yellow quarantine flag. No crew or passengers may go ashore until clearance is completed.
Proceed to a Port of Entry
Head to English Harbour, Falmouth Harbour, Jolly Harbour, St. John's Deep Water Harbour, or Crabbs Marina for official clearance.
Clear Customs & Immigration
The captain must present ship's papers, crew passports, and a completed crew list. Customs charges apply based on vessel length.
Obtain a Cruising Permit
A cruising permit is issued for the duration of your stay, allowing you to anchor and dock at other locations around the island.

Important Information
- Customs hours: Mon-Sat 8am-4:30pm. Overtime fees apply outside hours and on Sundays/holidays.
- Clearing in/out is mandatory. Failure to clear can result in fines.
- Dept. of Marine Services & Merchant Shipping (ADOMS) oversees all maritime regulations.
