Nestled only steps from the pristine white sands of Ffryes Beach on Antigua's west coast, Wild Tamarind sits within the Tamarind Hills Resort between the Tamarind Deck and the beach, offering a wonderfully idyllic setting for both casual and special-occasion dining. Cuisine and menus

The kitchen focuses on melding Caribbean delicacies with a broad range of international flavours, using the freshest ingredients sourced from land and sea. Executive Chef Antoine and his culinary team take pride in crafting diverse food and wine menus that cater to all tastes, and the team is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements or requests not listed on the menu. Weekly specials add a vibrant, ever-changing dimension to the dining experience, and lively beachside events are held regularly throughout the season.

Bars and wine

Wild Tamarind is complemented by three bars and a dedicated wine cellar, giving guests an extensive selection of international wines alongside expertly handcrafted cocktails. The open-air Hummingbird Bar runs from morning mimosas through to sunset mojitos and beyond, serving inventive drinks with beautiful ocean views until 10 pm. Full-service poolside and beachside dining and drinks are also available, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely afternoon without leaving the water's edge.

Hours and reservations

Wild Tamarind welcomes guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with lunch served from 12 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.
