Behind the counter is founder and head pastry chef Jahkaydah Isaac, whose credentials are as impressive as her creations. A holder of the Diplôme de Cuisine & Culinary Management from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Jahkaydah has refined her skills in some of the world's most demanding kitchens — including the five-star Grosvenor House in Dubai and fine-dining establishments in London. That international experience is brought to bear on every pastry, tart and baked creation that comes out of The Flaky Crust's kitchen.
