The menu is Mediterranean in inspiration, built around carefully selected, sustainably sourced ingredients — with a strong emphasis on the island's freshest local produce. Head Chef Jamal Warner works alongside Rocks Group Executive Chef Simon Christey-French, who has been recognised as one of the Caribbean's most acclaimed chefs. Together they have crafted beautiful, considered menus that balance bold Mediterranean flavours with the finest ingredients Antigua has to offer.

At lunch, the tapas menu is a favourite, ideal for relaxed long afternoons by the cliff edge. In the evening, guests may choose between à la carte dining and a full tasting menu — making it a wonderful choice for both casual visitors and those seeking a more formal romantic dinner.

Two superb cliff-front plunge pools and linen-draped day beds define the daytime experience — a chic, sun-soaked retreat that invites guests to linger well into the afternoon.
