About This Restaurant
Situated directly on the waterfront along Dockyard Drive in English Harbour Town, this vibrant Indian restaurant opened in December 2020 and has quickly earned a loyal following among locals, tourists and yachties alike. The setting is wonderfully atmospheric — colourful, warm and lively, with superb views across the harbour and outstanding sunsets from the dining terrace.
Cuisine and kitchen
The menu draws on the rich culinary traditions of Punjab and the Mughlai court, presenting a carefully crafted selection of fragrant curries, tandoor-cooked meats and freshly prepared breads. The kitchen sources fresh local produce and locally caught fish directly from growers and fishermen wherever possible, and every dish is cooked to order — nothing leaves the kitchen until after your order arrives. Even the soft, delicious Naan breads are baked fresh to order. Raw items are marinated in advance, ensuring depth of flavour without any compromise on freshness.
Leading the kitchen is a Head Chef with over a decade of experience within the Indian Summer group, whose genuine passion for authentic Indian cooking sets the standard for the entire team. The result is food that is both mouthwatering and true to its origins.
The Indian Summer pedigree
Indian Summer is no newcomer to Caribbean dining — the group has over 16 years of island experience, with two well-established restaurants in Nevis (where it has held the number-one position on TripAdvisor for many years) and another location in Grenada. That depth of experience is evident in the quality and consistency of the food served in English Harbour.
Bar and happy hour
The well-stocked bar complements the kitchen perfectly. Each evening between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, happy hour offers specials on wine, cocktails and beer, accompanied by delicious bar bites — an ideal way to settle in before dinner or to watch the sun go down over the harbour.
Opening hours and bookings
Indian Summer is open for lunch and dinner six days a week, welcoming guests for sit-down dining as well as takeaway.

- Dinner: Monday to Sunday, 5:00pm – 9:30pm (last orders)
- Summer hours — Dinner: Wednesday to Monday, 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- Summer hours — Sunday Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
- Closed: Tuesdays (summer schedule)
