Indigo on the Beach

Set directly on the sand overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Indigo on the Beach is the resort's most relaxed and informal venue. Warm ocean breezes and gorgeous sea views provide the backdrop for a menu built around light and healthy cooking: grills, fresh seafood and wonderful salads served every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is the ideal setting for a long, unhurried meal with the water a few steps away.

East

East occupies a strikingly designed contemporary space and offers an eclectic menu drawing on Japanese, Thai and Indonesian culinary traditions. Freshly caught seafood, duck, beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian dishes are all prepared with the tantalising flavours of the region. This is a sophisticated and stylish dining experience, well suited to a special occasion or a memorable evening together.

Ottimo!

Poolside under the shade, Ottimo! delivers an extravaganza of authentic Italian dining in a less formal atmosphere. A wood-burning oven produces sublime pizzas at the heart of the menu, which also features antipasti, light and crispy salads and hearty pastas. It is often the first choice for a relaxed family lunch or a casual dinner in the early evening.

The Jetty Grill

The Jetty Grill is a chilled-out beach bar and grill positioned to capture what many consider the most perfect sunset view in Antigua. Light bites, fresh coconuts and ice-cold beers are served throughout the day, with sundowners and grilled meats and seafood served around the fire pit — fashioned from an old copper pot originally used to boil cane juice. Rich aromas of grilling food, sea breezes and unrivalled views make this an unforgettable spot.

Bars

Three bar venues complete the picture. The Pavilion Bar is an elegant open-sided Caribbean pavilion with traditional wooden shutters, deep sofas and soft lighting — a popular gathering place for cocktails before dinner. The Indigo Bar, beside the beach, offers a casual open-air setting of rattan chairs and sofas where guests gather at any hour for cocktails and fruit punches. Alongside it, the Coconut Grove provides a shaded stretch of sand where couples can enjoy a quiet drink away from the main beach.
