The Menu

The kitchen takes a fresh and healthy approach, with an emphasis on quality seafood and locally inspired flavours. Highlights from the menu include Caribbean Fish Cakes, Lobster Salad and Seared Tuna, while meat lovers will find plenty to enjoy in dishes such as the Truffle Aioli Steak Sandwich and Jerked Baby Back Ribs. The Terrace and Infinity Pool

The centrepiece of the outdoor terrace is a beautiful infinity-edged pool with sweeping views over the dockyard and harbour. Guests who are dining have complimentary use of the pool and luxurious sunbeds throughout their visit. Those wishing to use the pool without dining are welcome to do so subject to a day-pass fee. All-inclusive Day-cation and Spa-cation packages are also available for guests who wish to make a full day of it.
