About Dickenson Bay
Dickenson Bay is one of Antigua's most popular and developed beaches, stretching roughly a mile along the island's northwest coast. The calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand make it perfect for swimming, while numerous water sports operators offer jet skiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, tubing, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
The beach is well-equipped with luxury resorts (including Sandals Grande and Royalton), restaurants, shopping, beach chair and umbrella rentals, and multiple beach bars. Bird watchers can spot ospreys and pelicans along the shore.
The sunset views from Dickenson Bay are spectacular, drawing visitors to time their beach visits for this magical moment. It is the most visited beach by cruise ship passengers and one of the busiest on the island.
